Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload focused on medical malpractice defense
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Compile and prepare legal reports and case-related documentation
