SinclairProsser Law concentrates its practice primarily in estate planning and elder law. Established members of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Colleen Sinclair Prosser, Nicole Livingston, Jon J. Gasior and Victor A. Lembo offer years of knowledge and experience in matters associated with protecting estates and families from issues arising from death and disability.

They strongly endorse long-term care insurance and in certain cases, life insurance and some annuities as valuable estate preservation vehicles, and strive to assure the compatibility of their clients’ estate plan and financial plan. Sensitive to the challenges presented by lifestyle and circumstance, they address each situation with personal attention, wisdom and skill.
